Poor Quality

I have a Tissot watch which I bought 3-4 years back and in the last 3-4 years it has gone for repairs twice. everytime I am charged some Rs2000 (purchase price of watch Rs 10000) amd I am told it requires overhauling. It is so strange my Titan Watch worth less than thousand and bought more than 10 years back still runs perfect with just 3 battery changes in last 10 years and never went for any service and overhauling.

Starnge coincidence is that I also bought Longines wrist wstch for Rs 45000 which is distributed by the same group and that also has gone for repairs within 3 months of purchase and our friends need 7-10 working days to probably be able to find the fault and repair it.

Shameful product quality!
