Non-replacing of defective product

On 25.11. the company Hema World, HBR Layout, promised to replace the defective Slimming Belt supplied by them. However, they have not replaced and they have switched off the mobile through which I was contacting them. I have no alternative but to go to the Company which is far off from my residence, that is in Chikkallasandra. Please help me in this regard. I shall provide any other detail you want. I had also submitted the compliant few days back.
