Fraud distributors

I purchased the herbal life kit which they give if you want to start your independent distribution. I didn't want to become one, but the distributor convinced me that i would get discounts henceforth thier products if i do so. She sold me the kit at 3500/- when i asked other distributors they said they charge much less. What is the actual price???

And moreover this distributor just dissappeared, how do i take the products, etc wasn't told at all..So basically i lost my money and no use for weight loss!!

This company does'nt have its official phone no.s of Pune too. Only the numbers of distributors are displayed. Its been a 2 months now, but this distributor now says that she won't submit my membership form. What do i do? where do i contact of such fraudulent behaviou
