Cheating constumers

I have ordered for two kits of vlcc insta glow facial kit costing rs. 750. but i have got only one kit costing the same amount.

when i called up them back they justified that one kit only meant two kits online.

and closed my complaint.

these people are big cheat. dont believe their words. in the name of two kits they are delivering only one and u have to pay for the two kits and then they will tell some terms and condition as if u are a dumb. never ever trust them and order any thing on home shop 18
