I have purchased jewellery vide order no 702042845 dtd 04.12.09 thru Home shop 18, on receiving it was found that the gold plating is very poor (got peeled off) & also one item got repeated out of five. On contacting HS 18 they told that there is provision of replacement/refund if send thru their approved courier service P&T, however on contacting them (courier service) at (011) 60009999 they refused to do so becoz as their is no service in my town (Jamshedpur).
My worry is if I send thru some other courier what is the guarantee that refund/replacement is made to my expectation looking at already pending 24 complints.???
