Complaint against Homeshop18

I had ordered jewelry product from Homeshop 18 (Order NO:- 900893223) I have received with Damaged jewelry during delivery. I have lodge complaint with Homeshop 18 about this but there is no resolution from them. It is almost 1 and half months now. They just do time pass whenever i call to their call center by asking me to wait for 3 days. I have created 2 complaints, called them around 30 times but no resolution. Please help.
