Defective jewellery product delivered

I Received my Jewellery (deccan pearl) Yesterday 23-12-10..Order no 901718805 and suborder no 31920323 and i found it to be defective..There was no spark in the Cubic zirconia and also the stones were not at a;; properly placed..It was so untidy that IT WASNT LOOKING LIKE A BRANDED JEWELLERY..No finishing at all so now i want my money back including the courier charges as i will send the product back tomorrow..Am Very dissapointed..Would think twice bfore ordering anything from homeshop... See to it that i get my money back ASAP..
