DEECTIVE PRODUCT

I had Purchased a Health walker with infrared through "NAAPTOL" online shopping. I had got the product delivered to my residence on 24/07. The same stopped working on 09/08 and a complaint to the effect was loged on the same day. But there is no proper response from their end. THey want me to come and get the product exchanged at their shop which is practically not possible as I stay in Mira Road and the shop is at Ghatkopar. I repeatedly requested them to deliver the subsitute product at my residence. However nobody is bothered to oblige, as they may be very busy delivering such faulty products to other innocent customers who may fall into the same trap like me
