NON-SUPPLY OF PRODUCT

I received a brochure along with my credit card statement (4477 4699 8797 6001) for the month of June, where-in there was an offer by the above said company that fabulous products are offered for a meagre price of Rs.1990/- (plus Rs.100/-). I called them on 28/06 and wanted to place the order for an electronic item, but they said that particular item was out of stock and wanted me to choose another item. I opted for a artificial pearl jewellery set and made the payment online which was instantly debited to my credit card account. Although the terms are that the item should be delivered within 21 days, it is almost more than 2 months, the item has not been delivered sofar. Meanwhile, I called them several times and even today also and every time I get the reply that the item is out of stock and the same is expected in a week. Only on the basis of recommendations of icici bank, I placed the order. If they didnot have the stock, why the hell did they take the payment from me. Acts of such fraudulent companies will bring disrepute to your bank. Hence, I request you follow-up with the concerned company and disassociate yourself from such companies in future.
