Defective drink mazza

I have purchased a mazza 200ml bottle but before the retailer could open it i saw many dirt particles inside the sealed mazza botlle..i stopped the retailer from opening it and took the bottel under my own safe custody for the proof.if the co does not take the necessary correct action then i will file a case to consumer forum as i have the proof with me and also will ask the common people not to have any more of the mango drink mazza so called hygenic.
