Wrong amount charged & product not delievered

After seeing an add on the website I too ordered the FREE Trial of Acai Effective Cleanse Antioxident (Order ID 47201549, Date of order: 27th Oct'09), Acai Power Clean Mind (Order ID 47201407, Date of order: 27th Oct'09) & Acai Power MAX (Order ID 47200946, Date of order: 27th Oct'09). It was mentioned that ONLY the shipping charges will be charged for the FREE Trial & that was around INR 200-250. I thought that the total will be around INR 600. Therefore I ordered it through my HDFC Bank credit card on. But when I checked my credit card statement, to my shock an amount of around INR 16, 516.89 has been charged.

This is totally wrong. The company should not give wrong information. There should not be any hidden charges. I request the company to REFUND the amount of all the 3 products which I ordered to my HDFC credit Card immediately as now I don't want to use the products now after all this.
