They sold me dupliacet deos and now they are not replacing the product nor refunding my money

First they sold me duplicate nike deos.n now they dont have address of merchant.its been almost 3 months they are not replacing the product nor refunding the money.i have given the details below.if i dont get this thing done ill be complaining to nike officials soon saying that inditimes shopping is selling their duplicate product.
