Non- delivery of product

Hi Sir/Madam,

I ordered a CK wrist on on 12th April from Bagittoday and paid Rs.3997 by Credit card. I was told during verification that I shall be receiving it in 10-12 days.

After 10 days I get a message that order is in process. On calling the customer support I am told that delivery takes around 21 days. After 21 days are elapsed I am told that the watch is not in stock

I register a complaint to return the money. I am told that I will soon get a confirmation and mail and money transfer will take 10-12 days.

Till now there hasn't been any communication from bag it today.

This is a harrasment of customer and amount to deliberate misinformation. I request for an immediate refund and appropriate penalty to the organisation.
