Double deduction of amount & product not received

I tried to place an order on 09-05-12 for the Jewellery worth Rs. 15000 in just Rs. 1999 only at Bag it today (India Today Group) but during transfer of funds Rs. 1999 thru credit card system stopped. Next day Bag it Today /India Today Group representative called me up and said transaction is not matured & you may have not received the order confirmation mail. He insisted for making the payment again. I made the payment of Rs. 1999 on 10-05-12 again thru credit card only and received the order confirmation number 1017562647. Now I have received the credit card statement and shocked to see both transactions of Rs. 1999 dated 09-05-12 & 10-05-12 are matured.

I contacted with the credit card division and they confirmed both transactions are credited into the vendors account. Bag it today (India Today Group) have committed fraud by taking double payment for one product which even they have not sent in scheduled timings. Now they are not giving any response despite of my mails & telephone calls. I advice all of you not to buy products online from bag it today (India Today Group).
