Non delivery of item in time

I had ordered product online on indiatimes shopping having order number 112249356. although the newspaper advertisenment says that it assures 10 days shipment, it doesnt mean so. when i contacted costumer care, they said that 10 days assured shipment doesnt mean that product will be delivered within 10 days, but it means that the courier company will receive it in 10 days. thus the ad is ridiculous and misleading.
