Instyler
No timely service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had ordered a product called "Instyler" on 23rd May by referring the tv promos aired on animal channel planet. I made a full online payment of Rs. 2961 on the website www.wonderbrands.org. I got the order no of 1323.

I received the product in about 10 days. On using the product I found it to be defective and not working at all. I spoke to the call center representatives with my complaint, to which they guided us to ship back the product to "A TEK Enterprise, Plot No.22, Jacrandha Marg, DLF Phase 2, Gurgaon, Haryana-122002". I did so on 6th June by sending it through dtdc courier services.

Since then I've no intimation, as to when I will get my product. Every week I give them a call to remind them, but every time they tell us to wait for 15 days more. Its been a month but they've not responded. I fear its a fake company behind all this. Please look into this matter and save me from this fraud.
