Didn't recieve the product

Please i request all of u not to order any product through ava... I have ordered one jewellery set in June and i din't get product till now.. every time i call them they say it is in production and will be delivered by next 10 days.. Funny thing is that.. whenever i call them they say same response. I assume they record one message and they will say same thing every time. I asked them to cancel the order, and they say it is not possible once order is sent to production.. So guys be aware of this and spread this cheating of ava to all over the world by any means of communication u have.. it is the best way to stop ava cheating..
