Pathetic staff at M.G Road bangalore

It was the first time i visited JoyaLukas and was very disappointed with the way the request was treated.

We had given an order for a Taali (pendant) for 4 gms and we had to visit the place for 4 times before we were forced to buy the wrong taali.

First we gave the order and then the same Taali was sold to some other customer.

We then again gave the order and visited the store. We were handed over a completely different taali.

When pointed out, they gave us the correct design with 2 extra gms.

The taali was made of 6 gms instead of initial order of 4 gms.

When asked for an explanation on this, they wanted us to wait for another 10 days to get it to 4 gms. And the manager of the store, Sirish, asked us to take the refund back!!!

Also the manager does not have right skills to handle the customers griefs.
