Total Fraud!!! Hair straightening-permanent

Hi,

I got my hair straightened from this FRAUD JUUHI beauty parlor in Chandivilli, Mumbai which apparently is a franchise of Loreal. They gave a guarantee for 6 months ("at least"). But from the 4th day itself, my hair started getting frizzy.By the end of a week, it didn't look straight at all. So I went to their parlor to complain. There was a female getting her hair straightened. So, just to look good in front of her, they were all apologetic and gave me an appointment for next week and promised me that they would re-do it for free. When I went there the following week, the totally backed out. Instead, they put all the blame on me saying that they gave a guarantee for 3 days only(!!! imagine for permanent hair straightening!!!) and that its all my fault. They refused to re-do it and I came back feeling utterly cheated!
