I had purchased Kellogs Special K with which I got a Salon voucher (Code: KE 958876) worth Rs. 500/- As per details given in the voucher I gave a call to the contact number mentioned (080 4055 4850) to fix an appointment. The call center fixed my appointment at Liyaz beauty salon at Mahim on 8th Oct I think. I got a confirmation a day before regarding my appointment. When I reached the salon at the scheduled time for the appointment, to my surprise, I found that the salon was closed. I felt so cheated and did not expect that after giving a double confirmation I could be fooled like this. This offer is handled by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt, Ltd and I have read a few more complaints against them on how they are fooling people.
