Efusal to give appointment for complimentary vouche

Dear sir/ madam,

i had a shocking and disturbing experience from lakhme studio, nungambakkam, chennai. i have a gift voucher for certain select services. i am a regular client of lakhme, vijayaraghava road. i got this voucher 2 weeks back which is valid till 31 dec. 2009 only. i am trying to take an appointment since 2 days . but they are refusing, saying its busy till 31 st.its unbeleivable, i would appreciate if this offer period is extended, as i am claiming it only during its validity date.
