I have been to Lakme saloon on 18th June for Hair Smoothening Treatment. The guy who has done the treatment was found to be unprofessional and he doesn't no abc of Hair treatments. And he has burnt the entire hair while ironing. And now my hair is breaking very badly and its too frizzy and I need to cover my hair while I am in office. I would like to file a case against this parlour and proceed legally for justice. Can someone help me with process.
