Ebounding wasnt upto mark

I got my rebounding done from lakme kapil vihar .in novevmember the result wasnt up to the mark no effect was seen in my hairs .my hair, was pretty before i asked them that im getting my rebounding done coz my hair get tangles .they told me the problem would be solved by rebounding but it never soled the problem .wen i went for the complaint the receptionst treated me so badly and said that" tangles to hoga "he i spended 6000 for waste i would like to say lkme is a worst thing that can happen to a person... its a case of misguiding and cheating ppl
