Unwanted Hair removal

I paid 22k at angles clinic, Hyderabad in 2007 for permanent hair remover on upper lip.

They have given the card and told me I just need to remember card number to go for the sittings

and also told that if I go for 7 sittings then they remove hair on my upper lip permanently and it won't come at all

I told them I live in united states and might not be possible to hold the card all the time

they said that I don't need to hold the card and just remember the number on the card

When I come to India I visited that center on 28th oct' 2011 and was told that they are not able to pull the information from my card.

and also they told they are not going to treat me with out the card.

I asked my husband who is there in US to scan the card and send it to me

now I have scanned card but even then they are interested to treat me at all

they are just collecting money from customers and escaping the treatment.

Great/Easiest way to earn the money.
