Hi,

I had done my root touch up for rs6000 (price was fixed by the salon) from LE CLINIC PUNE (KP), After my first wash i realized that he had damaged my hair & straightening was not done up to the mark, after 4 days when i visited the salon they informed me saying that they charged me very less (6k) and they will take care of my hair / they will do the touch up once a again only when i pay them rs 4000- 5000 more, secondly they told me that the person who had done the service for me is not their permanent staff and she is working with then only for contract base (which is not customers problem), i really need to take legal action against the salon... so kindly suggest me as they have already damaged my hair...

I KINDLY REQUEST THE CUSTOMERS NOT TO VISIT THIS SALON AS THEY COMPLETELY SPOIL UR LIFE... THEY JUST TALK IN GOOD MANNER JUST TO FOOL THE CLIENTS... BEWARE...
