Non delivery of service

We contracted with Premier Pools in early March with the promise that our pool would be finished in about 6 weeks. We are now into August and still have no pool that functions. We have paid all but $1, 000.00 and we feel very violated. We have no pool pump, pool equipment, electrical hook up or land repair. We have no water feature that was also paid in full. They continue to tell us excuses and reasons that they can not make it out to finish our pool. At this point, we have been almost half a year listening to excuses. We are also now being contacted by some sub-contractors who want us to pay them because Premier Pool's did not pay them as agreed. We feel trapped and violated since they have our money and refuse to complete our pool.
