Ad face treatment and not returning advance

I went there and gave advance 5000 for bridal package as they said they will use branded products and according to the skin. but on first sitting 28th/aug after they done cleansing my face got rashes, swelling on cheeks pimples and i dont want to take the risk i want my advance back but the owner not returning and saying it will not be refunded . what should i do next
