I got my hair perming done at Looks GK-1 for which they charged me Rs.7, 500. They were not able to achieve the perm in first two sittings and talked me into a 3rd sitting. The heavy use of chemical has damaged my hair. Just because they did not want to give the money back, they have damaged my hair permanently, despite my repeated pleading to give the money back.
