Shut down shop without fulfilling prepaid services & not returned the money eithe

The above mentioned party was selling packages of 15 coupons each with a validity of 1 year. But they suddenly shut down a 3-4 months ago. There is no response available on helpline no 022-64647200. Many customers have been duped of their money.

Kindly look into the matter & penalise the guilty.
