Supply of Lesser weight LPG cylinde

RESPECTED sir,

This is to inform u that AGNIHOTRI GAS agency, Sector-37, Noida is supplying LPG to domestic consumer 4 kg less than its standard weight. My Consumer No. is B 26335. I have booked a domestic LPG cylinder on 21 Oct 10 vide refill voucher No. 11668 and the same has been supplied on 25 Oct 10 at my address P-17/8, Tatrakshak Vihar, Sector-23, Noida. After weighing the cylinder it comes 26 Kg and presently the seal of cylinder is intact. PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION against the gas agency to avoid further action.
