Wrong size product shipped and then they refuse to exchange or return

This complaint is pertaining to the Online Shopping Company called 99 Labels

I had ordered the American diamond imitation bangles under brand SAANVI order number99330789, Size 2'6... I received 2'4 sized bangles and now they refuse to return or exchange

They have a very bad customer service etiquette. There is a default in every other order they send across. Its either a wrong product or a damaged product, or a different size of the product or a different color. or they show something in the photograph and dont deliver all the things

What a pathetic Company that gives bad customer service experience coupled with a bad product.

Please stop buying from them!! Only then will they know that the customers deserve to be treated right!
