Wrong rebonding of hairs

I specially went to matrix salon shimla in Himachal Pradesh to get my hair rebonded and I was charged 6000 for that. But after one week my hairs got bend and hair fall started. When I called on the numbers which were given on the bill then they hadnt picked my call. Now its not possible for me to go back because that is 300 kms far from my place. So please thake strict action against them.
