Defective set

Hello Sir, I am Ketan Parikh form Gandhinagar -Gujarat .i have placed an order of "Maur- Regal Collection" PRODUCT CODE :698-41 .We got product on Date 02/22 on Blu Dart Courier through i pay 2999 Rs.

but Set is Defactive .immidiately i contacted the customer service departmnet for replacement of the set.they give me two numbers (1) 01160009999 & (2) 18004259999 . i am dialing this number but this number not reply for me.

plz sir take immidiately action .i have lost my money & its giving me mental distrube. I have also not Got 20% Feedback Voucher as mentioned in the add.
