Complaint regarding non-attention to customer request

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am hereby sending this e-mail to intimate you about the evasive replies given by the customer care of Ab Circle Pro even after repeatedly en-quiring about the non-usability condition of the aforesaid machine purchased on August. On the first two days, it worked without any defect but thereafter the machine even though maintained in good condition did not worked properly. So very much aggrieved by the unfit condition of the exercise machine, I made a telephone call to the customer care of aforesaid Ab circle Pro. Many a times I have telephonically intimated them and they did reply stating that they will be checking the complaint on the coming day but till now no one attended to my request. So I was not able to get any awaited results as they had advertised on television as well as internet. I had booked this machine from "www.tbuy.in".
