Naaptol never Delivers

Basis a Number of attractive advertisements in Mumbai Mirror, I had ordered "Queens Jewellery Collection By Vintage" through NAAPTOL.COM vide order no. 2212465 & had paid the entire amount in credit card. The order was on 7th August & am supposed to get the delivery in 10-15 days.

Till writing of this complaint I have not received the product.

I would have called the call centre 15-20 times wait for 15 minutes to reach a customer service executive to get lame excuses saying you will get in another 2 days.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANIES TO ANYONE.
