Jewellery sent broken and defective, when opened after courier delivery

Maharani Jewellery Combo 102 Pcs, booked on 13-05 to Naaptol, as advertised in TOI dated 12-05. Seller Ref. No.:1752717. At the time of booking, it was conveyed that there would be an authenticity certificate for the jewellery, and complete refund of money would be done, if product found defective. Delivery given by courier at 4-05p.m. on19-05. On opening the package, it was found that there were broken pieces of the jewels, defective jewels, and no authencity certificate. Immediately at 4-19p.m, I made a call to the telephone where the order was placed. The executive who attended the telephone 09223516148 gave the reply, that their system was not working, and they would attend to the complaint an hour later. Since then calls were made at 17-41. 18-44, 20-46.Each time different executives gave replies that their system being down they would not lodge the complaint, and that I was wasting their time unnecessarily. Iwould like a full refund of my money, as promised when the booking was done, and they may take their package which contains defective jewellery back.
