Charged more than MRP

I purchased Gillette Shaving Blade from Nobel Chemist, Charkop, Kandivali (W). the MRP written on the product was Rs.170/- and they charged Rs.225/- from me citing reason that the company has increased the price. When I mailed the complaint to the company, I have not recd any reply.

Can the retailer charge more than the MRP written on the product?
