Worst Service

Dear Concern,

This is to Inform tha i have puuchased a orbitrek on jan first year initially the was a problem with installation & serviced then, Then inbetween belt was damaged after one year of Purchase i changed it by Paid service,

Now one month back it broken i am called for service in this number 04443917000 but they gave this number for service 04442447015 but attends the call keeps on saying that their service engineer will call on same day & will come for service, But this does not happen, not once i tried for 5 times. So i think once sales is main for orbotreck not the service,

What can i do, What is the solution, can any one suggest for the same, i have the timings of call i made.
