Fraud in gold jwellery

My wife purchased KDM gold jewelry Sui Dhaga ear ring on 21/10 costing Rs.3700 from Palak Jewellers, Sector-12, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. While purchasing the the Jeweler charged for gross weight without giving any deduction stones i.e. even the stones were charged at KDM gold rate, bur committed that if we want to return or sell back there will be no deduction and we shall we paid at the current rate of 23 carat.

On 10 th Dec.2009 when we went to Palak Jewellers shop to sell it they refuse to pay us on gross weight basis and also after making 10% deduction. This is high handedness and Fraud against helpless customers.
