Coupons were used but still got no balance

On 9/5 there was a deal on timesdeal, "double recharge value for you! pay rs. 50 and get paytm voucher worth rs. 100 on your mobile recharge @ paytm" I bought two the deal for rs 50/ Transaction successful but I DID not receive any coupon on my email if, but i got the coupon no times deal only. Earlier when i was using the coupon codes paytm was not accepting there coupon codes, but after some time when i used these coupons the coupons were accepted and was told that the balance of Rs 100 would be transferred in to my phones. But i don't get any balance. I recharged two no's 7507282588 and 9419351556
