Fraud/Product not as described

I placed an order with this company based on the website and the claim that they sold virgin Remy Indian Hair. When I received the order the hair looked and felt nice until I had it installed and washed it!! When I washed the hair the water was black which lead me to believe that the hair was chemically treated, but the website claims that the hair is virgin and not chemically treated! This merchant is doing nothing but scamming people for the money!! This hair is by no means virgin indian hair... it is horrible, matted and shedding!!! When I contacted the merchant to tell them about the hair, the person who answered the phone just hung up in my face!!! It you were an honest merchant and selling a quality product, it shouldn't be a problem to talk to your customers if they have an issue. BUYERS BEWARE... DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HAIR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
