AIR CONDITION
Not working

We have purchased an air condition before 6 months, 19th nov.we gave it to my sister"s in law, as gift.on month ealier, when summer season start, they use it, and it works good.after one week it stop working.then i take the custmre care number from dealership.it was 0161-5055533.on 12th of may, they registered our comlaint with no.2019.and said our exicutive will come with in two days, but nodody came, yesterday[monday] i call them they said our exicutive is busy, he parhaps come in the eaving.noboday came again.today i call them then said that today he ll come surely.

till no boday came today also, my brother in law calls me daily that what is the status.it is very touhg for us to reply.so plz give us solution, coz we are feeling bad that we are using onida's brand, and we are not getting service.
