Central locking pin is coming out due to which we are unable to exercise

The central lock pin is coming out due to which we are unable to do exercise on the machine. This problem is caused may be due to loose nut and bolt connection which we are unable to resolve. Its been just one week that we have bought this product. Kindly help us out with this. Waiting for a response ASAP.
