Ebay.in not Refunding my money

Hi,

I am Kalawati Ojha from Delhi. And I want to register complain against ebay.in. My concern is I had claimed back my money through eBay Purchase Protection Program Claim when my product was not delivered to me. And when mailed to ebay they said I open a case, when the issue was not resolved through case I applied for this protection program and in regard to this I had received mail, whose copy if you want I can send you. There they have asked my transaction details and I had replied on the id from where I had received the email. After sometime I get mail saying since you have not replied with the details we are closing your case, then I made a call to ebay customer care I told my problem there and forward the email with details once again to the address they gave. I did that more than 3 times but there was no answer and even I called them and they asked me to do the same thing mail. At last I was sick of mailing and calling them again and again so I had to stop.

I had made payment of 1500 INR through my HDFC CC in the month of Nov
