This is about the most disgusting services and unprofessional staff at a Matrix Salon AKA Strands at Dharamshala (India) despite giving them numerous instructions regarding a recent trim for which i visited, trusting the brand equivalent as that of salons at delhi where i frequently used to visit, they chopped off my waist long hairs till just few inches below shoulder which has caused me a mental trauma. I condemn the staff which is highly unprofessional and running the salon under the brand name but sans any professionalism. To the core I detest the services being offered and the unprofessional staff and owner.
