1) salary will not pay properly.you will get salary for every month end of the third month.

2) They will do a lot of deductions in your salary. But they will not give any payslips. They will do deductions for PF and Tax cutting (But they will not pay any money for PF or Tax)

3) If you want to come out from the company they will play with your life like they wont give any experiance certificate and final settlement.

4) If they have given experiance certificate they will give negative feedback to your next company
