Deduction of balance

Sir, i had done a recharge of 98 rupees of gprs pack on 30oct and the validity of this pack up to 29 nov.

but the data of the gprs is ends on 27 nov. then again i will do a recharge of 98 rupees on the same day when the data has been ends.

now the problem is that my balance is deducting from the main balance istead from gprs pack.

so my 300 RUPEES has been deducted.

so please take some appropriate action against the airtel and return my balance as soon as possible.
