Credit fund pay out not release after T 2

Dear sir,

I have active a/c with the broker of "Arcadia shares & stock brokers pvt ltd".

My Client Code - SY7056

My Name :- Kartikey Kapilrai Joshi

I have Credit in NSE FO a/c with this above Company. I have started this a/c near about 3 months ago.

My Sub- brokers say company will not given you your fund pay out.& I have give him [Sub broker] requested of my fund pay out since last 5 days and After T 2 the rule of BSE exchange & T 1 of NSE exchange . they are saying the above same.

I have contacted Direct the main Branch at RAJKOT [Gujarat] but company's Asst manager also reply same behavior.

So dear sir,

What to do now as a customer...?

If possible Please take a serious proper action and inquiry against all of them which is possible.
