Franchise Closing

Dear Sir,

I want to close my franchise with you since I got a job in palanpur, Several times i have request your team (Tanmay, Hirak, Uday) for support in closing the franchise and to provide the closing form and informe me if any other documents are required for the process. Even after repeated request nothing has been done from your end, kindly let me know for how long will this go on or let me know the specific period for which i need to wait.

I hope you understand the seriousness of the case and release my fund with you or else you are forcing me to take some serious action against your company.
