Fraud by Arcadia shares and brokers Pvt Ltd., Mumbai

Subject: fraud by the share-trading-company

I have opened a demat-account with arcadia shares pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, in may. One of their stock brokers, mr. Sandip patil, (he introduced himself as the vice president of arcadia shares pvt ltd. Of the company whereas company staff told me he is a broker) contacted me through internet and on phone, to open an account. After he pursued me for a long time I agreed to open the account, and send them a cheque of rupees 50000 (cheque no. 296296, dated 27/5 favoring arcadia shares pvt. Ltd. Drawn on axis bank) to open the account.

Thereafter, I DID not receive any documents; neither had they contacted me for further communication. After 3-4 months when I enquired about my account it came to my knowledge that there is no money in my account and somebody has been trading through my account. I called them up 100 times to know what happened to my account but they were reluctant to give me any proper answer. I came to know from some customer-care executive that my account was being operated by some insider without my knowledge and permission. I never received any e-mail or any sms on my mobile-phone from the company regarding any trading through my demat-account which is a general practice for every share trading company according to sebi.

I tried to contact the agent who pursued me to open my account but he had stopped responding and taking my phone calls. Nobody from the company was willing to speak and provide any information to me. I wrote a mail to the director of the company also, but received no reply. I tried to contact the director through landline but every time they disconnected phone.

Mr santosh kalra is also in joined hand with sandip patil, becos he is also saying that sandip patil is the vice president of the company, when other executives are saying that mr patil is a sub broker.

I expect an immediate and positive action from your side in order to protect the investor's/ Consumer interest and his hard earned money.
